The PGRM Concepts Test will help!

At the request of Employers, we are offering an PGRM Concepts Test during each PGRM course.
The test results will not be based around a "Pass/Fail" level determined by The OSTERIO Group. For improved feedback to participants, and to their General Auditors, the grading will be performed as follows.
Each participant will receive their test scores back the following week with the correct answers identified for each question. In addition, they will receive a rating as to how they scored with respect to the other participants in their particular class, along with the rolling averages of all classes for which the test was offered. They will also receive an indication of how they scored relative to all other auditors from their own audit department who have completed the test.
The General Auditor of the department will receive a separate summary of the participant’s score, the average of all class scores to date and, of course, their own audit department participants’ average score.
This will enable each General Auditor to determine what they think is an acceptable "Pass/Fail" performance for each of their auditors. They can set the bar at whatever level they choose.
All the answers to the test questions will be contained in the course materials, including the laminated, quick reference cards. At the conclusion of each day of the course, additional time is set aside for test participants to ask questions for further clarification.
